great vid, really good hybrid split for beginner oly lifters like myself that still want to do some strength based movements like bench and deadlift
hey chris i have been watching your videos for a while now and i like what i see. I am trying to start varsity tight end next year as a sophomore i weigh about 180 right now and the other guys on my team for that position arent much bigger and im more explosive. but i tore my quad a month ago and now i cant even sprint yet. what do u think would be the best way to recover fast ive already seen a doctor and how should i go with my training?
does this gonna work to gain muscle mass and fat loss? i mean... theres so little volume.... benching once a week??...

Is cardio cardio?
You're not a powerlifter anymore so why do you care so much about practicing for a 1RM if it takes so much longer in the gym?
What if one were to perform these triples with the bench style of Dan Green; i.e., very fast eccentric, sink, pause, explosive concentric. Would that hold any advantages over lowering the bar slower than it's pressed? I feel like lowering the bar slowly induces fatigue quicker.
Who stands up like that from bench... what species ? Lol
Jason, did 170 lbs on the bench today! Still at 150 lbs bodyweight thou. I'm struggling on eating those calories, i will keep trying.
