This is extremely misleading.

Firstly, you are an ectomorph so naturally skinny and with long lean limbs.

I can assure anyone with thick thighs and large calves- that step ups and squats will bulk the calves and your thighs. Those that are endomorphs and naturally bigger should not do the above, the one thing they do need is lots of cardio in the form of walking.

Anyone watching go to Lucy Wyndham-Read and her slim legs workouts, pear shaped workouts. As the above is not going to work for those with a different body shape.
