The chin-up is an exercise
The chin-up is an exercise we have been asked to do ever since school gym class. However, the chin-up is also an exercise that most people and elite athletes tend to struggle with. There is no doubt that the best way to do more chin ups is to simply do more chin ups. However, if just doing one-chin up is the initial goal, then obviously you cannot do more chin-ups if you cannot do one to begin with. Two chin-ups is the ultimate amount of chin-ups if you're going to be a bro around the ladies.
