7 min LOWER Abs Workout!

7 min LOWER Abs Workout! No Equipment + Follow Along!

This workout contains my favorite exercises for targeting the lower abs! It requires NO equipment (but if you're more advanced use a dumbell and ankle weights) and since it's only 7 minutes... NO breaks! However, If your form is being compromised take a break, reset and continue on when you're ready! Just don't give up!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing in 45s intervals. If you're a beginner take a break at the 30-second mark and rest for 15 seconds. Each time you do this workout try to do longer it until you eventually can do it all the way through!

Do this daily after your main workout for the best results!

Also, DON'T compare yourself to me or anyone else! You only ever see the good side in fitness video! You can't compare yourself to a perfect photo someone takes because you have to keep in mind lighting, angles, and flexing! My stomach does NOT look like this 24/7! Also, remember food is fuel! You NEED to eat if you want to become stronger, It's all about the types of food you eat. But also remember, the same way one healthy meal won't make you fit, one cheat meal won't make you fat! So be kind to yourself, moderation is KEY! Food is not the enemy, the negative thoughts you tell yourself are!

Will you go to Heaven when you die?

The way to find out is to take this little test first; just to bring you a li'l knowledge about your current state in God's eyes.

SHORT TRIVIA: Do you know what's the most valuable thing in the world? Is it diamond? Gold? Neither of those; it's "information". If you're given an information about the location of the source where diamonds and gold can be found, you can get and have more of those.
The information that will be given to you, as you continue reading this, will also lead you to find and have the greatest treasure ever in your life.

I hope you'll read this 'til the end. This is not for me but for you. I will only ask for your patience for reading this and your honest heart to answer the following questions. ❤

"Will you go to heaven when you die?"

After we die, the Bible says we’ll face God as our Judge. Have you ever rebelled (sinned) against God? Examine yourself by God’s Law, the Ten Commandments. Have ever you lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain (saying "OMG", "Diyos ko po!" to express digust or just to use it as an expression), or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Mt. 5:28)? Have you ever hated someone? (The Bible warns that if we are angry at someone without cause we are in danger of judgment, and that "whoever hates his brother is a murderer" [1 John 3:15] ). If you've done these things, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, adulterer and murderer at heart. In God's courtroom, our sins are very serious crimes. They’re so evil that the just punishment is death and eternity in a terrible place called Hell. So with this information, we'll go back to the important question above; will you go to Heaven (or Hell) when you die? The answer is that "if you die in your sins, you have God’s promise that you will end up in Hell". The wages you’ve earned is the death sentence. The Bible says that all liars will be cast into the lake of fire, and no murderer has eternal life abiding in him, no thief, no adulterer, and no blasphemer will inherit the kingdom of God..

But that is not God's will for us. The Bible says that He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. (1/4)

@Mia Dinoto You should do more these vids!! I love fitness! I never got serious about exercising a lot, until I was in junior high few years ago. Right now I try to work out 4 to 5 times week. In the summer I try to go for 6. I’ll try this one sometime! I’ll probably work it into my routine.

This is a new intense abs workout that you can do at home with no equipment to get a flat stomach and toned abs! I love these exercises! I had lots of fun of coming up with them and coming up with the names especially lollll

After only 1 set of this workout my abs were already on fire!!
