My veins just pop out at random times. Even if I'm just laying down, or doing nothing. I also drink a lot of water, so it's not dehydration. I'm 11 years old and this has been happening ever since I turned 10. My parents said it's just because in growing, but I haven't seen anyone at my school with as much veins as me. There's especially a lot of veins in my feet.

I notice some dudes have veins that pop out like crazy in their arms.. One imparticular guy I know has them which looks cool and all but I question whether or not it's a healthy sign.
