How to get back in shape after 50 - Hey guys, in this video tutorial of how to get in shape after 50, I am going to give you some tips for getting back in shape after 50 utilizing my TriCon Training. I want you to know that it is possible to get in shape at 50 years old. It doesn’t matter if you have been in shape in the past or not. Let’s jump in to this tutorial for how to get back in shape at 50.
A couple tips I want to give you really quick before I get into how to structure your workout for getting in shape over 50. Write your goals down. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to just get fit and conditioned? Know your goals and be clear and precise, and that will help with getting back in shape after 50. The next word of advice for how to get in shape after 50 is have positive thoughts, and post them around your house.
Another tip for how to get back in shape at 50 is to rid your fridge and pantry of junk food, and replace it with good foods. This way you won’t have anything in your house to cheat with.
Alright, let’s get into the training part for this tutorial for getting back in shape at 50. We are going to talk about TriCon Training. Start with 2-3 days a week, and it needs to be resistance training. Start small and if you can go to 4 days a week, that is awesome!
The first thing you want to do when focusing on getting in shape after 50 is PLAN. When you are planning, you need to make sure that you are being realistic. And once you have your plan in place, you need to PREPARE. Preparing your food, your week of exercises, you want to do these things and lastly, EXECUTE. PLAN, PREPARE, and EXECUTE are key for how to get back in shape after 50.
Getting back to the training in this tutorial for how to get in shape after 50. TriCon Training, base your whole workout on compound lifts. It will help boost your metabolism, and help you burn fat and build muscle. Compound lifts are great for how to get in shape at 50 years old.
For getting into shape after 50, forget about your ego guys. Don’t lift crazy heavy because you will get burnt out quick. Start with light weight and gradually build it up. Use enough weight that you really have to focus on your mind muscle connection. You want to make sure that your muscle is doing all the work. This will help with getting back in shape at 50 years old.
