You've all heard that we're supposed to get in 10k steps each day. Well, I've managed to increase mine to 20,000 steps. At least that's the goal.
In this video...I'm sharing how I've increased my steps as a way to stay healthy and fit and achieve those goals that I'm setting for myself.

Clinton, did you walk all the way to Cardiff? Where on earth are you? LOL! Good advice here; it's silly to say, but it never occurred to me that yoga could make walking easier, because I think of walking as the most basic physical activity. Good to know. TFP : )
