Welcome to the week 6 of my weekly training series as I prepare for some Autumn Half Marathons, starting with Run Reigate. This episode took place during the first week of a two week family holiday. I visited County Donegal and County Mayo in Ireland where I did a long run, a cycle ride, interval training, a parkrun and a half marathon!

Well, the first six weeks

Well, the first six weeks of my half marathon training program are in the books. I'll share some thoughts on it via a recap video soon, but it feels good to know I'm already 1/3rd of the way through the training plan. I filmed some of every one of my runs so far and made a quick little video. I hope you enjoy it.

As I've said before, I'm not a pro runner (or even a great runner). I'm just a dad trying to get in shape one run at a time. I hope these videos encourage some of you out there to do the same. If I can do this then you can do this!
