I’ve been to a physical therapist after tearing my acl (soccer) who basically told me that “knees going past your toes being bad for you” is a thing of the past, and that i should stop trying to no stop my knee going past my toes. You seem knowledgeable so I genuinely have no idea who to believe.... yikes.
Great video
This is great. Lots and lots of exercises depend on subtle, precise movements.
Thank you so much. I'm so very tired of some of these robot doctors and specialists advising us to give up because we're aging, we're injured, it runs in the family or whatever tf they learn in those state governed cult sessions before their licenses are issued. If listened to them I would have given up on myself a long time ago. I've had so many injuries and fully recovered. Now I'm working on my knees to make skating easier.
Good
In this video I will show
Can I hold a bar, keep my hands straight in front of me and lower myself keeping the knee and ankle at right angles and do the squats so as to not strain my knees? I have collapsed arches and a bit of knee pain because of that. Am 10 kg overweight.
This is exactly what so many people (myself included) need to hear. Thanks
