I've noticed the main thing that made me go from 115Kg down to 85-90Kg in weight was to cut out sugary foods and processed foods. I had to eat healthy before I could become healthy.
My main Goal was :
Cut out sugar,
Clean out accumulated junk from my body,
Do a liver cleanse,
Drink LOTS of water,
and eat plenty of greens.
It's not enjoyable eating greens so I make a smoothie each day.

Here's my smoothie that works for me each day:
1-2 handful Kale,
1 handfull spinach,
1 tablespoon of Peanut butter,
1 freshly sliced Pineapple (cut in small squares),
1 medium banana,
1 handful blueberries,
1 Teaspoon of Spuralina,
1 Tablespoon of Yoghurt,
8oz Almond Milk,
Blend in high speed blender and enjoy.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
There's no taste of the greens, they're being masked by the fruits I added.
I call this my daily Multivitamin capsule.
Oh, and all my greens are home grown.
