Lee priest is short in comparison to Rosbo & Dreyer hence illusion of size. Yes LP is impressive however muscle size taped would not be close.

Others that should have been mentioned from the "Golden Era" and before include Dave Draper, Chuck Sipes and Bill Pearl. Chuck and Bill also had their forearm/grip strength demonstrated in their strongman acts. Google for pictures.

Not only did Lee Priest have the best forearms, but I believe that Lee at his best, around the mid '90's, had the greatest physique of all time! I know it's really a matter of opinion, but he is the best I've seen.

Kettlebells take care of my forearms and abs. All get hit indirectly, no special attention needed.

But if you'd train abs where would you put them in a 2 day split workout? Aswell as with your forearms, and would you train them as any other bodypart in terms of sets/ reps?

Ive Been rowing 225 and doing tons of wheigthed pullups but my forearms didnt grow until i started to do isolation work for them and thick bar training :)

People seem so despondent these days. They pay more attention to their phones than real people around them. It never use to be like that.

Before the internet people were so much more different. They were more approachable and you could actually find people to talk to and have deep meaningful discussions with.

Now people are so dead. Especially the youth. They have no interest in actual conversations face to face or over the phone. They prefer talking in text and never actually meeting. It's really sad and quite lonesome. People are more interested in the aesthetic appearance than the engine of the character.

I just want to speak to someone wise about this and get their input on the whole situation. Can you describe your thoughts on the matter of the social media/smartphone age, what life was like when you were younger and how you see people live their lives today.

I'm 30 so I know you must have way more experience in the world before the internet. Would be nice to get your input.

I train forearms once a week. It's a must for weighted pullups/chinups. Need the forearm grip strength stronger to progress the back imo
