Do this every morning, before your workout or whenever you need to fit in a quick workout away from the gym.
?? NOTE: The REST timers are incorrect in the video ??? The actual rest time is 15 seconds, not 20 seconds. GET READY TO WORK WHEN THE REST TIMER HITS 5 SECONDS.

1:20 High Knees
2:20 Up Down Plank Jacks
3:20 Lunge, Squat & Lunge

6:20 Mountain Climbers
7:20 Scissors & Flutters (4 each then switch & repeat)
8:20 Bicycle Crunches
9:20 Burpee Push Ups
