HIIT for me is what I owe my fat loss to. I did this workout 2-5x a week as time permitted and never experienced a plateau.
My personal method was on the treadmill, but HIIT can be done on ANY machine at the gym & even outside. Just alternate 2 minutes of light work, with 1 minute of strength exertion for 25 mins!

i'm pretty skinny... 113lbs, but i have belly fat i want to get rid of... 5 inches of it xD
i do HIIT on the threadmill 3x a week + strength training.. So far i'm going on to my third week of it
As a male I use this technique as well I’m 5ft 9inches tall and I use to be 219 now I’m down to 190 at my highest speed I ran 8.5 and cool down and repeated the process it helps trust me

Hi I was wondering if there is anything you'd recommend to avoid the pounding vibrations and noise of the treadmill? I live in an apartment and am upset the downstairs neighbors complained as soon as I started the HIIT.
We only tried this weight reduction after my buddy bragged about this. She was able to burn 18 pounds. Check out “sowo hope site” on google.

What do you recommend for beginners on sprint speed and jogging
2 years ago, I did this routine for 1 1/2 month and I lost 18lb! from 165 to 147lb. This really worked along with weight training + eating under your calorie intake. I stopped because of school stressed and other stressed (break up, stressed on finding a job,ect ect). , and I gained back to 180lb in a span of 2 years. ToT 1 week ago, I diet and fast to maintain down to 168lb... So sort of back to my original but a bit heavier. I'm slowly working on the HIIT thing, and I do this everyday for 2 weeks and reduce it down to 5x a week (this is what I remember).

Im 6ft 1''and weigh 87kg whatever that is in lbs. Ive lost 6kg in 6 months by walking, swimming and eating more healthy. I used to go on the treadmill years ago but going back on it tomorrow to to try and aid my weight loss. Ive had a fairly huge belly for years but it's slowly going down now.

How many times a week do you suggest to do this HIIT workout? Ive lost 35lbs but cant seem to get rid of the belly, if this workout really will burn that middle section i wouldnt mind trying it everyday.

Lastly, I have seen a diet plan that is effective for me. I only wish that I had come across this diet plan a long time ago. Make sure you google “sowo hope site”! Of all the diet programs in the world, this is the best, I lost 7 pounds.

Everytime I fall off and gain weight when I go back to the gym I ALWAYS go back to this video and do this hiit workout it works so well!! I just add more like I’ll do what she does for 30 minutes only my sprint is 8.5 at a 3.0 incline & I just do random things for the next 30 minutes the fat seriously melts off every time thank you so much for posting this !!

Simply from partaking in this diet plan my results have been brilliant. I like to recommend this diet “sowo hope site” (Google it) to everyone to try it. The results apparently come so fast. My good friend has already lost 15 pounds with this diet plan.

Warm up 5 minutes restart and stsrt ypur 20 I am losing weight doing 20 seconds of running as fast as you can and walking at 2.0 fot 1 minute to 2 or 3 for 20minutes
So 2 min at 3.5mph and 1 min 7mph right?

I do mine at highest incline 6.7 for 30 seconds. Bring it back down for 2 [email protected] 3.2. I do 5-6 Intervals. I lost about 15 1bs in a month by doing this and weight training also. Im about 130 1bs 5'6.

I’m so confused if the units are the same in the US and UK. I’m from the UK and I walk on the treadmill on a 6-6.5 speed (mph) and then I jog/run in 10 minute bursts on a speed of 10 (mph) and mix it up with a quick run (not a sprint) on speed 12 (mph), & just repeat. I usually burn about 400 cals in 35 minutes or so ?♀️. Even on this speed, I still feel like I’m not doing enough or running fast enough. No way is speed 7 on the treadmill a run? I thought that was a brisk walk. Honestly, I’m confused. Is the units in US & UK the same? Like, do the speed numbers represent the same pace? Xx
This isn't the most effective way of doing HIIT. You need to be giving maximum effort within a 20 - 30 second time frame. If you are giving your maximum effort, you should be puffed after that. 1 minute makes this more of a medium intensity workout. Still good though.

Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (do a search on google)? It is a great one off product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

Would you say that running on an incline is harder? I can run at a 0 incline at quite a high level (around 8.5) so I don’t know what I would have to go to make myself feel really burned out etc unless an incline would increase this?

I've been doing on and off sort of medium intensity endurance training and it's worked fairly well. I've burn a total of 15 pounds so far and I'm reaching into strength training by using high weights for about 30 reps until I cant go much longer. I've reached a plateau, but mostly because of muscle gains (newbie gains as most call it), so remember everyone. No matter what happens keep on going, even if you don't see results, make that routine your lifestyle and it'll slowly change your life. You didn't gain all your fat in 2 months, so you can't lose it in that same amount of time. Devotion is what makes the cut.

Hey Amy, I am in serious need of your suggestion. I walk on treadmill for 45 mins at 5+ speed with holding handrails. Now my knees have started to hurt and pain a lot. Will HIIT on treadmill help me reduce weight even if I don't opt for weight training in the beginning??
