tried this system twice neither time did I have much success. the workouts left me burned out and dreading the next day. I developed knee problems from the amount of running the prescribed for PT test improvement (I was already running 14:00 2 miles and faster, I just wanted to reach the next level). Had much better results hitting the gym every day ( chest/ arms, back, legs with core work every day)
then running 3 days a week sprints twice and tempo run once a week. you will never get faster doing 800 sprints 3 times a week punctuated by long runs with only two days of rest.
That was badass
