Today’s workout challenge

Today’s workout challenge is a workout routine that will target the muscles in your back to give you a much better physique!

I have incorporated cardio routines in this workout to help increase your heart rate and double your body’s capacity to burn back and side fat and produce results!

This is an easy-to do workout consisting of 8 exercises that will work to reduce your back bulges including also the fat in your sides and core!

Do this on a daily basis with no missed days for the best results!♥️?

mam should we follow one exercise for 15 days to 1 month regularly or we should chnge our exercise every alternative day ...eg...
monday = leg day
tuesday= arms day
wednesday= bely day
thrusday = fullbody...
