Technically, they still are, but I've learned to build myself up to reach my goals. And here I was, thinking I could only be happier and deserve that happiness by tearing myself apart.
I want you all to be safe out there, so don't run around harming yourselves in any way. Find ways to cope. Be creative. Put in the work. You can do it.

You could do something like 50 push ups a day for a month or something if you wanted to. And get other people to do it to e.g followers on instagram or something.

I really wanna try home workouts but i cant because I'm still reviving from an anckle sprain. I can only walk and not run yet :so excises like this would be a bad idea :(
