This 16 minute Tabata HIIT
This 16 minute Tabata HIIT workout does not waste time. Using different variations of the jumping jack exercise, this really is a demanding cardio workout. Using the tabata style, you have short 20 second intervals allowing you to give all you got.
The workout consists of two sets, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 4 minute workout. The workout can be done at home and requires little space and no equipment at all.
