This 16 minute Tabata HIIT

This 16 minute Tabata HIIT workout does not waste time. Using different variations of the jumping jack exercise, this really is a demanding cardio workout. Using the tabata style, you have short 20 second intervals allowing you to give all you got.

The workout consists of two sets, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 4 minute workout. The workout can be done at home and requires little space and no equipment at all.

Jumping jacks (impact exercise )was promoted by Jack Lalanne nearly 80 years ago.
Combine it using a stationery bike(non-impact exercise) high speed repeats will reduce your heart rate as it did mine into the 30s per minute.
Your body will change dramatically better than any weightlifting.

This is definitely made for men not only women but men's heavier bodyweight will really work heart lungs and muscles.
