I have early stages of arthritis in my left knee but I was told when doing squats not to let the knee go over the foot but I seen urs go over quite a few times. When is it safe to let ur knees go over ur toes? I also seen how low u go with ur squats and I was told not to go that low also.

Hello , Brett! i have a question that google doesn;t have an answer for! i had lung surgery on my left side 3 years ago and my left side of my body is weaker then my right, now ive been going to the gym for almost 3 months and i can notice my right leg is a big larger then my left side. i do squats and lunges with a bar of 12.5kg. How do i make my left large stronger so both legs are the same?! please help
