Hey everyone! Here is the upper body workout using kettlebells! it's an investment for weights but if body weight is too easy it's a good long-term investment for your health that you can hopefully keep using after quarantine ends!

✉ Here are the workout details:

3 sets of the below circuit - again try to rest as little as possible between sets!

Shoulder Press: 10 reps per arm

Bent Over Rows: 10 reps per arm

Pushups: 20

Clean and Press: 10 reps per arm

Turkish Getups: 5 per arm

This workout is great to burn calories and build muscles. You can simply adjust the weight to increase or decrease the difficulty (remember to take care of you nutrition too to get the benefits of our workout)

We will guide you through this workout to make sure you get the best from it. It will be Fun you will see... ✅ #kettlebell

Our workout are made for everyone and all levels so please always feel free to take a longer break if you need too (especially water break / simply pause the video), to train at your own pace (You do not have to follow ours) and to learn the movements step by step without any pressure (Always do a regression if you need to). Remember that we all start somewhere so there is absolutely no shame !! You are amazing and you will get better !
