I watched YouTube video after YouTube video on how to do pull-ups and nothing helped me to progress from assisted pull ups to unassisted pull ups.
In this video I share what I did to be able to do 14 pull-ups without stopping, using strict form.

Upper body strength is an issue, two shoulder surgeries did a number on me. If my life depended on it, I might be able to hang lol
