The pro-agility test,
The pro-agility test, also known as the 5-10-5 shuttle, assesses an athlete’s capacity to change direction in a pre-planned manner. Rapid direction changes are a decisive component of many sports, such as tennis, netball and American Football, which can result in a crucial break, save or score.

To perform the RSC Acceleration Pro Agility Test athletes will need one Reactive Stretch Cord and three Speed and Agility Cones. Athletes will place the Speed and Agility Cones five yards apart in a straight line, attach the Adjustable Belt around the athletes waist, as the partner secures the anchor strap around their wrist and stands at one end of the cones. Athletes will begin the drill by sprinting toward the cone in front of their partner, reaching the cone and sprinting to the opposite side of the cone set up, then sprinting back across and past the final cone. As the athlete sprints down and back partners will move with the athlete to ensure proper tension is maintained throughout the drill. Perform 8-10 resisted rounds before removing the resistance and performing 4-6 unresisted sets of the exercise.
