Really have liked your indoor/outdoor mixed stuff in the past where half or more of it is view of an outside ride! (Dolomites, etc) With it up on my 65" is gives me at least a small distraction of being stuck inside! The 55min FTP Threshold Interval w/Emma&Hank and Sweet Spot Intervals with Si some of my favorites, don't mind repeating! Definitely would like to see some longer workouts (40-60min) - then at least with a solo extendedwarmup and cooldown it can be a solid chunk of training.

Little suggestion here, you showed a few stretching exercices to do on the bike, and i just thought, why not make a dedicated video on pre-ride and post-ride stretching? Perhaps some sort of stretching routine. I always struggle to find a decent stretching routine video online before and after my sessions. Thanks a lot!

If you ever target “belly fat” or use some other clearly pseudo science term on par with it I may drop the whole lot of them. Please stop. It hurts my heart and your brand.

I see a lot of comments about "belly fat loss" and how you can't target fat loss. While this is true, is it possible that this kind of workout, which includes changing your position on your bike during the "all outs", engages your core more so increases muscle, therby fighting off fat? I understand as well that fat comes off where it last landed. Being a middle aged woman, that is in fact my BELLY! So for me, I think this may be true? I'm certainly no expert - just wondering?

You can target any fat loss if you put your mind and work towards it. Do you ride with your belly falling down to the ground or do you ride thinking about keeping your belly tight and flat. . That’s targeting a certain muscle group which will increase fat loss. . I hate negativity on here.
