Great Talk and informative. I believe Hemp seed oil would be another great choice. Fish don't make thier own Omegas they eat algae or other fish that have eaten algae. I eat both grass feed beef and salmon with a nice amount of olive oil.
When you are looking to lose weight and keep it off, your first line of attack must be to keep your metabolism super-charged. Without it, the pounds quickly add on and they won't drop off.
