Hey Gang! Join me today for my latest Squat Session! Squats are part of my Aging Stronger series along with Deadlifts, Overhead Presses and Rowing.
Today I take on 3 sets of 5 reps at my current working weight. As soon as I successfully complete 3 sets of 5 reps at a given weight I move up 10 pounds in my next session. I'll continue this linear progression as far as I can!
