Today's Workout is a Fun Filled 2.5 Mile (5000 Steps) Walk At Home Workout. My class today, will build your overall endurance and get you fit at home. Let's do this together! This low impact walk at home workout has been specifically designed by Lively Ladies for women over 50.

Welcome to another week of fun and exciting workouts for you to follow along to ?♀️?♀️Today i have a great 5000 step or 2 1/2 mile class. This workout is a little longer than usual but you can try 1 or 2 miles and see how you go. If you are consistent with Exercise and fuelling your muscles with healthy nutritious foods you will get stronger and be able to increase your intensity (Time or spending longer on your workouts is also a great way to increase the intensity of your workouts.)
