Tight hamstrings are a common annoyance for many runners. But how do we relieve that feeling of tightness? Many runners try static stretching - after all, the hamstring feels tight! But static stretching is likely making the problem worse, as tight hamstrings are usually over-lengthened.

Instead of stretching, Jason shares a 4-point plan for relieving tight hamstrings that includes a combination of training changes, form fixes, and self-massage.
