Coach Ryan, arent straps essential with most landmine exercises since you are gripping the thick end of the bar? Also isnt it a good idea to raise the base of the landmine unit to get a greagter percentage of wweight on the body? great content once again, im watching all your videos!
Wow, how did I miss this video! Great options for landmine and not lose time setting up another machine etc. I'm intensely training back and variation is helping me make gains. Trying to re-educate myself to like training back. Your suggestions will help me make the change to gains. As always you are phenomenal Ryan.

These have been great for my shoulder injury but the first one does hurt the front of my bad shoulder, It’s not agony but feels very unstable do you have any advice?

yeah the land mine is a perfect workout for shoulders and mostly i need the back shoulders cause everyone avoids the back cause they think lifting a bar over their shoulders will grow every muscle in the shoulder but i like it for the chest to. Thanks bro
