It is an awesome one off guide for discovering a weird waist slimming water to lose belly fat minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got great success with it.

I have a question I researched a little on line but didn't find any information, we have both normal and abnormal body fat I was wondering whether or not there is a calculation to determine based on certain factors how much normal body fat someone has so the difference would be the abnormal fat?
