This is a question we get ALL the time. There are countless ways to perform push-ups. Each offers a varied amount of weight based on a coefficient of your own body weight. Here Pete takes you through a 2011 article that outlined just what coefficient of body weight you are lifting with 6 different types of pushups.

All you need for a great pump and to burn some calories with this workout is about 10 feet of space and your bodyweight! Now, this routine is only 10minutes guys, but I would definitely recommend running as many rounds as you can.

Hi Scott. Me and my wife have been doing your workouts for the last few weeks and love them as you are so enthusiastic which is great. If you could just answer the following question it would be much appreciated. My wife is trying to to lose a little weight and tone up whilst i am trying to put a little weight on and tone up/build more muscle. How many days a week should each of us be doing your workouts and should we be having a rest day every other day to help muscles recover/grow. At the moment we are doing one of your 20min and 10mins workouts each day for 4 or 5 days and then having a rest day.

Ah, you mentioned wrestling. I was going to ask if you were a judoka, because most people call those Hindu push-ups. I’ve only ever heard Judo people call them Judo push-ups. Plus the whole routine reminds me of the warm-ups we used to do in Judo. And it was tough! Those plank tricep extensions are what got me. Had to go to my knees for those. LOL

Out of all e follow along exercises u have posted. These 4 series (pull, push, legs) are by far e easiest. I couldn't even get through 1 round of e ultimate chest exercises. But this was a breeze so I'd love u to have filmed it for 3 rounds.

Because it messes your mind up when u have to rewind e video to do another 2 rounds. In your mind, there's a switch that says "workout over" when video ends.

I remember being 170 and could barely do 10 push ups, ever since, I’ve gained weight so I’m 220 now but I can do 30 push ups ALL THE WAY DOWN, Nose Chest hits ground. even with my weight gain. I’m 5’9, don’t really look muscular, but I’m Strong. I have a very wide body I’ve been told to do body building but I just want to gain strength some muscle and lost weight again when I gain some more muscle. My sisters young child weighs 60 pounds and I’m pushing up 143 pounds of my weight, plus 60 pounds on my back and I can do 10. That number will increase. Push ups is the greatest!
