2) Matsyasana is also known as the Fish Pose. It helps in maintaining the body and mind balance and also stretches back and neck muscless.

3) Sarvangasana is also known as shoulder stand. It increases the blood flow in the brain and helps in keeping things in check.

4) Pavanamuktasana is also known as the wind removing pose. It helps in increasing the blood circulation and also treating gas and abdominal problems.

5) Padahastasana is also known as the hand under foot pose. It increases the blood flow and in turn reducing fatigue; it also stretches leg and calf muscles.
