We've had a lot of fitness videos for adults, but this one is just for the kids! Coach Pat from Walltown Park Recreation Center is bringing us this workout video from his at-home gym! It's quick, easy and able to be adapted for all ages.
Before getting started, make sure to wear proper clothing, grab some water to stay hydrated and most importantly, get ready to have fun! And don't forget to rest for at least 10 seconds between each exercise interval (lasting 15 seconds).
